How We Do Things
By mid-morning, the room has found its rhythm. Someone is arriving, someone is halfway through, and someone has claimed the best couch for a nap, naturally.
Behind that ease is careful work. Our senior groomers read the breed, the coat in front of them and how the dog is feeling that day, then adjust the wash, drying and finish accordingly, using Smith & Burton botanicals throughout.
Over time, we learn the shape of their day: when they want company, when they would rather rest and which moments are best taken slowly.
That care has been answered with kind words on Google and five stars, every time.
It is also a plus that he gets to play with other dogs while waiting to be picked up.

Hand stripping pulls the dead coat out by hand instead of clipping it. It takes longer, and it keeps the coat’s texture and colour. Ask us which suits your dog.
