• Booking: Book, change or cancel an appointment whenever it suits.
• Reminders: A note before the appointment, and an update if anything changes.
• Profiles: Create your dog's profile once for quick, personalised bookings.

• Go to the App Store on your iPhone.
• Go to the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
• Search for "Kennel Booker Pet Parent" and download the app.

• Open the Kennel Booker app.
• Enter the following Business Code: ManeEvent (This code connects you to our system!)
• New Customer Profile: Tap on "Are you a new customer?"
• Enter your details: Name, phone number, email address and address (optional).
• Emergency Contact: Who should we contact about your pet's appointments or pickup?
• Vet Details: Optional - if your vet is not on our list tap "Create New Vet".
• Manage your notifications - please select "App Push Notifications", highly recommended for appointment confirmations, reminders and direct messaging.
• Enter your dog's information: Name; Breed (this is super important for accurate pricing - choose carefully! For example, select 'Labradoodle', not just 'Poodle mix'. If it's a mix, tap 'Cross Breed'); Colour; Sex; Date of Birth; Spayed or Neutered; Size (Miniature, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, Giant, Special); Weight; Insurer (optional); Microchip Number (optional but helpful in an emergency); Feeding instructions and treat preferences; Medical History (anything we need to know to keep your pet safe); Allergies (please let us know about all known allergies).
• Upload a photo of your dog. This helps our groomers get to know them!

• Tap on "Book Appointment" or a similar option.
• Select the desired grooming service.
• Choose your preferred date and time.
• Review the appointment details and confirm your booking.

• View upcoming appointments, reschedule, or cancel as needed directly through the app.
• Receive appointment reminders and updates via push notifications.

Grooms are priced by breed. When you create your dog's profile you select their breed, and the price and appointment length follow from the coat and the work it takes - a chihuahua and a bernese mountain dog do not book the same afternoon.

Choose the closest match for a cross (for example 'Labradoodle' rather than 'Poodle mix'). Our groomers assess every dog on arrival and talk anything unusual through with you before the groom begins.
